It could have been an intriguing idea however the execution is not what it should be. The actors, particularly Tripathi as well as Thiruvothu who can be believed to bring us joy, are completely deflated.

The character that Pankaj Tripathi is playing doesn’t make him leave his comfort zone, but the actor does suitable to keep his film in place. The other actors he plays with are Jaya Ahsan, Sanjana Sanghi, Dilip Shankar and Paresh Pahuja play mostly role-playing roles that are confined by their restricted spaces both physically and artistically. The performances are not overly humourous, Kadak Singh would have more tensile strength If its edges were more sharp.

Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, known for his films like Pink and Lost and Lost, weaves a web of deceit that not just the characters on screen, but leaves the audience in a state of uncertainty since everyone appears to be lying at a certain moment, blurring the lines between truth and fiction. The script is sloppy and affects the story. Kadak Singh is a worthwhile one-time movie even with a shaky second third.

When all family and social orders were restored, and the shrieking sitar notes were replaced by uplifting pop, I was ecstatic to leave for my vacation. Avoid snarky news stories for the rest of your life only to be forced to watch movies like this and now you have an unlucky chance to be moaned about.
